This particularly devilish, nasty device can be locked around the cock and balls. The internal spikes might not do much to start with, perhaps dig into your ball sack skin, but should that or anything else make you aroused, you'll be feeling those spikes digging in all over your cock too! So far I've not experimented with this pouch, or found anyone who has been able to actually wear it. It really needs a pain pig, who will lap up wearing it for a few hours!
