Actually Paul, it's really not as difficult as it looks. Most rope harnesses are built around the first bite/loop and then rope tension builds it from there.
For the shibari stuff, you start off with a single or double column tie (dead easy to learn) and then build off the tension of the rope.
You've probably seen pics of the stuff I've done and really if I can do it, anyone can! LOL
