Open Range is a sprawling revenge western starring Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall.  During the film Kev and Rob take revenge on the sheriff and his subordinates.  So they proceed to chloroform each one and then chain them up in the cells like they're human hammocks.  This is probably one of my favourite bondage scenes from a Hollywood film.  I love it.
