Trying it out sounds like a good idea - if I can work out how. But a willing sub won't be complaining if I don't get it right ;-) Good access to the ass too in that position.
I've seen that position achieved by a particular pair of very rigid handcuffs, would definitely like to test it out and see if it's achievable...
